Is Free really free?
Yes. No credit card and no time limit. You get one server, your alerts grouped and explained, log search, and the most important problem once a week.
What does Pro add?
Every night it reads all your logs, and every morning it sends a report with every problem it found and how to fix it, including problems no alert was set up for. It also works on as many servers as you have. Pro's report is written by a stronger AI than Free's: it takes time to think and checks your apps while they run.
What counts as an alert?
Each time one of your Dozzle alert rules fires, that is one alert. If an app crashes 47 times, that counts as 47, but you get one message that says 47.
What happens if I go over the limit?
Nothing breaks. Your logs are still saved, and about one in ten alerts still reaches you, without the explanation. You can upgrade at any time.
Does the morning report count toward my alerts?
No. The report reads your logs directly, so it does not use your alert limit.
Can I try the morning report first?
Yes. When you connect your first server, you get the full report every morning for 7 days. After that, Free shows the most important problem once a week.
