Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dozzle Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Dozzle Cloud is a monitoring service that receives container log events from self-hosted Dozzle instances, provides intelligent summaries and pattern clustering, and delivers notifications through various channels.
Accounts
You must sign in with a valid GitHub or Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
Plans and Billing
- Free — 500 events per month, 24-hour retention
- Pro ($10/mo) — 10,000 events per month, 14-day retention
- Team ($39/mo) — 50,000 events per month, 30-day retention
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Exceed your plan's event limits through automated or abusive means
Data and Content
You retain ownership of all log data you send to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dozzle Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
