Dozzle Cloud ("we", "our", "us") operates the cloud.dozzle.dev service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with GitHub or Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your authentication provider. We do not collect or store your password.
Container Log Data
When you connect a Dozzle instance, we receive container log events that match your configured filters. This data is stored in our database for the retention period associated with your plan.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage information such as event counts and feature usage to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the service
- To generate intelligent log summaries and pattern clusters
- To send notifications through your configured channels
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To communicate service updates and respond to support requests
Data Retention
Container log events are retained according to your plan: 24 hours for Free, 14 days for Pro, and 30 days for Team. After the retention period, event data is automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- GitHub / Google — authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- OpenRouter — log summarization (log data is sent to language models for summarization)
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and isolated internal services. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data including log events, notification configurations, and account information will be permanently removed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
